About the Role


We’re looking for Account Executives to join our team and help museums and cultural organizations discover how Veevart can support their work.

This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding each institution’s goals and demonstrating how Veevart can simplify and improve its day-to-day operations. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to demo and close, supported by a collaborative team and strong leadership.

You do not need traditional software sales experience to succeed here. We’re especially interested in professionals with backgrounds in museums or other cultural institutions, particularly in development, fundraising, or membership, who are motivated by results, enjoy building relationships, and are ready to translate their sector knowledge into a new challenge.


What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with museum and cultural institution leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Conduct discovery conversations that explore fundraising, membership, ticketing, and operations needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that connect those needs to Veevart’s solutions.
  • Manage all stages of the sales process with transparency and care, ensuring a positive experience from first call to close.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, implementation, and success teams to ensure new clients are set up for success.
  • Contribute feedback and ideas that help us refine our message and improve how we serve the museum community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in or with museums, cultural institutions, or nonprofits, particularly in fundraising, membership, or visitor engagement.
  • A genuine interest in technology and how it can make cultural organizations stronger.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative, empathetic approach.
  • Comfort working toward clear goals and managing multiple conversations at once.
  • Growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Prior SaaS or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $180,000, split evenly between base salary and performance-based incentives.
