About Veevart
Veevart is a technology company built on Salesforce that empowers museums and cultural institutions to better serve their visitors and communities. Our solutions cover ticketing, fundraising, membership, retail, and collections management—all within a single platform. We are passionate about helping organizations create meaningful experiences through technology.Your mission
The Head of Implementation will lead a critical transformation at Veevart. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our Implementation function—evolving a highly manual operation into a structured, scalable, and productized model, powered by clear processes and meaningful metrics. This is not a traditional leadership role. It is a builder’s challenge for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys creating order from ambiguity, and seeks to make a lasting impact within a fast-growing SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and standardize end-to-end implementation processes, creating playbooks, standards, and quality criteria that reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and individual dependency.
- Implement and manage execution tracking tools to ensure visibility, operational discipline, and control across all implementation initiatives.
- Own operational management and capacity planning, optimizing workload distribution and improving predictability, delivery timelines, and overall throughput.
- Identify and drive opportunities to standardize and automate implementation work, transforming services into repeatable, scalable, and productized solutions.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the implementation experience and inform product evolution based on delivery insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Implementation team, raising execution standards, ownership, and accountability without micromanagement.
- Define, track, and leverage key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-value, on-time delivery, rework) to drive data-informed decisions, prioritization, and clear communication of progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Requirements
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. (We value how you think, structure problems, and execute far more than the specific degree you studied)
Experience- 4–8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-change environments, with demonstrated ability to build processes, structure, and operating models from scratch.
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Operations roles in high-growth startups (B2B SaaS preferred, but e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, or similar environments are also relevant).
- Implementation, Delivery, or adjacent roles specifically in hyper-growth or highly chaotic contexts.
- Management consulting with a clear transition into execution-heavy, hands-on roles (pragmatic cultures preferred).
- Program or Operations Management closely partnered with Product and/or Technology teams.
- Prior people management experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement; we value strong leadership potential and coachability over years of formal management.
Core Capabilities & Mindset- Analytical and structured thinker; able to grasp both the big picture and the details.
- Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, tools, and systems to drive decisions and accountability.
- High execution energy with a builder mindset: ownership-driven, hands-on, and strongly biased toward action.
- Thrives in ambiguity and excels at turning chaos into clarity, process, and scalable solutions.
- Strong empathy and stakeholder management skills across customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Naturally curious, tech-savvy, and relentlessly improvement-driven; enjoys designing, automating, and productizing “the machine.”
Communication- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 level required).
- Able to influence, align, and drive decisions across diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master’s degree, particularly with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on execution.
- Certifications in operations, analytics, systems, or technology.
