As an Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for successfully managing and delivering end-to-end software implementations for our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase and will lead cross-functional collaboration to configure, test, and deliver the Veevart platform tailored to client needs.This is a strategic role that combines project management, client-facing communication, and a technical understanding of SaaS products built on Salesforce.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into project plans and system configurations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Product, CSM, Development) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, risk assessments, and client communications.
- Deliver training sessions to end users and ensure clients are confident in using the platform.
- Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate issues throughout the implementation process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management and client onboarding for digital or SaaS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for client success.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder).
- Experience with data migration and validation processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Jira, Notion).
- Experience working with museums or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
