ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and launch of products that address customer needs and deliver business value. They serve as the central point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets business goals and user expectations.
  • Product Strategy:
    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Prioritize features and functionalities based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
    • Create and maintain user stories, product specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with marketing to develop launch plans and product positioning.
    • Support other teams with training materials and technical answers.
  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor product performance using key metrics (KPIs).
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.
    • Identify risks and propose proactive solutions.

STRATEGIC WORK

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the product.
  • Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and Maintain Jobs to be Done and Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure product requirements align with industry standards.
  • Drive Feature Prioritization: Drive the prioritization process to deliver robust, innovative, and revenue-generating features.

TACTICAL WORK

  • Document Jobs to be Done: Work with Marketing Product to document Jobs to be Done
  • Create Functional Specifications: Produce high-quality functional specifications and work descriptions for the development team.
  • Develop with Product Design the Prototypes for the Job to be Done: Provide prototypes that are based on real cases and that will serve as feedback medium before the built of the product
  • Track Progress and Deadlines: Track progress against deadlines and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Review Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback and cases to determine if they are bugs or enhancements, and assess their fit within the Product Experience Map.
  • Collaborate on Marketing Materials: Collaborate with Marketing to provide input on materials for prospecting, implementation, and training.
  • Conduct Team Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address blockers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred — we care more about how you think and execute than your exact major
  • 6+ years building and shipping products in a product management role
  • Strong track record of leading product roadmaps using data-driven decisions, with deep comfort in product analytics and KPI ownership
  • Able to turn ideas into execution by writing clear product specs, Jira tickets, and release notes that keep teams moving fast
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1), confident running client conversations and meetings end-to-end
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple products and initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment without losing focus
  • Experience conducting market research and designing metrics to translate strategy into measurable outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the cultural sector
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
